First, the method of use
Turn off the power switch before using the unit.
1. Open the top cover (clockwise off, counterclockwise).
2. Put the dry medicine into the crushing box.
3. Close the top cover.
4. Plug in the power and turn on the timer switch.
5. When the rolling sound is relatively uniform, it means that the medicine has been pulverized into powder, and it can be turned off.
6. Open the top cover and pour out the powder.
Second, matters needing attention
1. For the safety of the user, the power supply must be grounded.
2, the pulverized material must be dry, it is not suitable to process Chinese medicine for moisture and oil.
3. Do not smash the drug by more than half the capacity of the crushing tank.
4, the general Chinese medicine smash only takes half a minute, the hard medicine can be crushed for one minute.
5, the machine can not be used for a long time, each time the boot time must not exceed 5 minutes. If the number of processing is large, it should be used at intervals to prevent the bearing from overheating and damage the motor.
6. Do not activate the switch when the top cover is open.
7. After long-term use, the carbon brushes and blades are severely worn and need to be replaced.
8. Always check the screws of the blade and tighten them.
9. After the operation is completed every day, the machine is run for 2 minutes, and the remaining material is sucked clean. After the machine is stopped, open the cover and check the parts for damage. After removing the remaining material, close the cover.
