Universal grinder operation notes:
1. Before using the universal crusher, first check if all the fasteners of the machine are tightened and the belt is tight.
2. The direction of the spindle running must conform to the direction of the arrow shown on the protective cover, otherwise the machine will be damaged and personal injury may result.
3. Check if the universal grinder is complete.
4. Check if there is any hard object such as metal in the crushing machine of the universal crusher, otherwise the tool will be damaged and the machine will be affected.
5. The material must be inspected for purity before pulverization. Metal hard materials are not allowed to be mixed in, so as to avoid damage to the tool or cause burning.
6. The oil cup on the universal grinder should be filled with lubricating oil to ensure the normal operation of the machine. 7. Stop feeding before stopping. If you do not continue to use, remove the leftovers from the machine.
8. Regularly check the cutter of the universal grinder and the screen for damage. If it is damaged, it should be replaced immediately.
9. When using, the universal crusher body will have slight vibration. Be sure to tighten the cover connecting handle to avoid accidents.
