How the QLM series works:

After the compressed air is filtered and dried, it is sprayed into the pulverizing chamber at high speed through the Laval nozzle, and the animal material is repeatedly collided, rubbed and pulverized at the intersection of the high-pressure airflow, and the pulverized thick and fine mixture reaches the classification zone under the action of the negative pressure fan. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating graded turbine, the coarse and fine materials are separated, and the materials that meet the particle size requirements are collected by the grading wheel into the cyclone separator and the dust collector, and the coarse particles are lowered to the crushing zone to continue pulverization.

QLM series equipment features:

● Suitable for dry pulverization of various materials with a Mohs hardness of 9 or less, especially suitable for pulverization of high hardness, high purity and high value-added materials.

● Breakthrough of particle acceleration technology, greatly improve the pulverization efficiency, reduce energy consumption, good granulation and small particle shape, narrow particle size distribution and no large particles, and the product particle size can be adjusted between D97: 2-75 microns.

● During the pulverization process, the airflow temperature is lowered due to the rapid expansion of the airflow, which is especially suitable for the pulverization of heat-sensitive, low-melting, sugar-containing and volatile materials.

● The materials collide with each other to crush, which is different from mechanical crushing. It relies on the impact of the blade or the hammer to crush the material. Therefore, the equipment has no wear and the product has high purity.

● It can be used in series with multi-stage classifiers to produce products with multiple size segments at a time.

● The equipment is compact in structure, easy to disassemble and clean, and the inner wall is smooth without dead angle.

● The whole system is sealed and smashed, no dust, low noise, and the production process is clean and environmentally friendly.

● The control system is controlled by the program and is easy to operate.
